1. Bamboo sorting

2. Crush sea salt
Domestic grade 1 sea salt that has undergone thorough mineral testing is added to domestic bamboo.
3. Kiln stacking
Stack the barrels one by one and place them in an ochre kiln using pine firewood.
4. Bake for more than 8 hours
If it is baked at 800 degrees Celsius or higher for more than 8 hours, the bamboo will turn to ashes and only the salt pillars will remain.
5. 8 times molten salt
Turn the baked bamboo salt mass into powder, put it back into the king bamboo, and repeat 8 times until steps 1~6. The more times you bake it, the more grayish it becomes.
6. 9th final melt
Put 8 times baked bamboo salt in a steel stainless steel melting furnace, add rosin and heat to a pine wood fire, and melt it at a high temperature of more than 1500 degrees Celsius. By melting at extreme high temperatures, a high-wave energy substance is obtained.
7. Make it into a shape that suits your preference
Bamboo salt dissolved over high heat turns into a solid mass when cooled. Crush the bamboo salt mass to a suitable size or turn it into crystals.
